Miami Botanical Gardens March 9th, 2011
Thanks to everyone who attended the Miami area’s first annual El Coto Paella Parade at the 2011 Miami Film Festival. A great film, terrific weather and of course incredible Paella and El Coto Rioja ensured everyone of a great evening.
Particular attention must go to the six participating restaurants, the chef’s and their teams that worked throughout the evening to provide world-class Paella to the 300+ guests. We’d also like to thank the folks at Miami Film Festival, Miami Botanical Gardens, Miami Dade College, Paella Pans.com, Maison de Choix, Pilar and Mueloliva Olive Oils for supporting the event.
